Indele Ltd – Authorised Representative Service. Indele Limited was founded in 2016 and since then has been providing services and importing products between Europe to the United Kingdom.
The company was formed to provide an efficient and cost-effective supply chain for customers and suppliers in a competitive and global world, and to provide the necessary services required to supply products from Europe to the United Kingdom.
With the United Kingdom leaving the EU on the 31st January 2020, we have expanded our services for manufacturers to continue supplying products to their customers with the minimum disruption. Our Authorised Representative Service, and shipping service, allow businesses to comply with the new legislation and to easily ship products between Europe and the United Kingdom.
As mentioned, the United Kingdom left the EU on the 31stJanuary 2020, and businesses are now required to make adjustments in order to continue selling products in the UK.
One of these adjustments requires manufacturers to adopt the new UKCA marking which came into effect on the 1st January 2021. In order to allow manufacturers to adjust to the new requirements, the CE marking remains in use until the 1st January 2023 in most cases. Another important requirement is the use of an Authorised Representative.
Both the use of the UKCA mark, and an Authorised Representative are mandatory from the 1st January 2023.
